pull down to refresh

Hello. With great pride and full of emotion I share with you the details of my little artist 🎨 my beautiful 7-year-old daughter loves to draw and paint, possibly like any child.
Even when I was a child I remember spending many hours sitting on my bed drawing, creating stories, lost in my imagination, however at home they always thought that it was a waste of time and just a game. Today, as an adult and learning to be a parent, I try to encourage all these activities and some others that were absent in my childhood, such as this example that I mentioned of drawing and painting.
Today I understand that my mother simply did the best she could with what she had and thanks to her I am an honest person with a love for the trial of work, we did not have money for incentives such as plastic arts, martial arts, or sports teams in my childhood, but today, in other times and in a totally different era, I find myself raising the next generation, and doing my best with every detail so that my daughter can enjoy greater opportunities and above all real opportunities, such as Bitcoin, opportunities that not only make you survive but really emerge, improve and continue moving forward to fulfill your goals or dreams.
These are some of his drawings with paints, he loves to paint shapes or color combinations
Until recently I noticed that he painted his drawings in this way, obviously he is already beginning to fit colors but he still needs to practice his stroke so as not to scratch outside the line, and above all he has been overloading the drawings with his markers (colored ink pencil) instead of using colored pencils (colored pencil)
Then one day, I told her daughter, come on, you're ready to learn a new technique, the "details" technique (to be honest, I don't know the real name of the technique, I just used both colors to create shadows and as the name says, add details to the drawing to highlight)
She was totally amazed, and honestly it was beautiful, nothing is more rewarding in life than doing something for your children and having them appreciate it and look at you with that tender little face of love 🀩😍 saying -You are my fucking Hero-. Then we practiced making a couple of drawings together, using both coloring pencils.
Then she was practicing by herself painting with "details"* as we have called the subject. And this was her result, showing a significant improvement with her previous painted drawings.
And then a few days later, she painted this drawing next to another one she had painted some time ago, and very happy and content with her result, she came to me to show me how much she had improved since she learned the technique of "Painting with details". πŸ₯°
I love it and I'm glad to see how much you've improved with your drawings. Until recently everything was stripes in every direction and today we have these wonders.
We went to the beach for my birthday recently, and we had lunch at a restaurant overlooking the sea, we went to the ice cream shop, among other things, and she captured it in this drawing
We recently watched a documentary about ice houses, as we were asked and we went to a documentary to find out more, and then I draw this little ice house with penguins hanging around
Tell me, do you also have mini artists at home? πŸ€”πŸŽ¨ Any tricks or tips that can help improve the technique of drawing or painting? πŸ–ŒοΈπŸ–οΈ
I will be happy to read other tricks and look at other artistic works of your little ones. Thank you πŸ™β˜ΊοΈ

Excellent resource, thank you very much... With this, he has fun painting while he relates to the money that he will use when he grows up and which was the savior of his parents πŸ™πŸ˜Œ I sincerely need to get one!

Some cute paintings from a doll! She's very talented. I'm bad at painting so no suggestions on this. I'm sure @cryotosensei and @grayruby might suggest and share.

Thank you for appreciating it! πŸ™β˜ΊοΈ And thank you for your kind words! As every child has the power and potential within themselves, they just have to exploit their creativity and focus it towards some activity, we as parents simply have to be there to guide the way, show options, listen to their ideas and finally simply support them to focus their creativity, will and dreams on activities or aspects of life where they are happy.

Thanks! I'll remember your advice. I'm not a parent now but I'm gonna be within a few days.

Hey, your girl is very talented. I recommend that you put her in a painting workshop. That would unleash her creativity and allow her to improve. Children live in an incredible and magical world.

Thank you for the recommendation, it's very kind of you. Believe me, it's something my wife and I have already considered, but the plan for now is not to overwhelm her with too many activities.
  • For now, she goes to school from Monday to Friday.
  • Three days a week she has soccer practice at a small academy (she says she wants to be a soccer player haha so πŸ’) and let's say 4 days a week she has practice since on my day off we always do at least 30 minutes of exercises with the ball or repeat what her instructor tells her to do during practice, so that adds another day.
  • One day a week she has karate classes (the latter was not her favorite at the beginning, but we insist that she should learn to defend herself and that's just the idea) then some bullying videos and that's it. Now she's doing great, every week she comes back excited because she learned a movement or how to count in Chinese, or a curious fact or something new, she always comes back excited and happy with that class.
  • And we also try to teach him at home, since we understand that school only trains workers and not thinkers, so we try to reinforce and even show him things that are obviously totally inefficient at school.
Of course it would be great to open space for a drawing or painting course, I hope we can do it soon.
