Dropping a message to say a few things:

1. go out and force yourself to meet people. Even if it's painful at first
2. stop thinking you're gonna live forever, this is not the case. You shall act now
3. don't be influenced by others' happiness, cheer when people are happy and your mood is going to change

Be grateful for what you have, write some thoughtful long-term todos and move on
