Beautiful, but are they natural or out of an antenna? There should be some “Northern Lights” but when they are being seen in Australia, you have to question the source of the lights. What could be ionizing the upper atmosphere?

high polarization by solar flares. Two days ago, we saw the most powerful solar flare in seven years:
