Huge lawsuit win. Federal Court rules that fluoridation chemicals pose an unreasonable risk to health. The court concluded that adding fluoride chemicals to drinking water presents an unreasonable risk of IQ loss in children.
And this is at the levels that the US currently adds to drinking water - 0.7 ppm.
And litigation has been going on for 7 years with expert testimony on both sides.

There's enough other nasty stuff in municipal water that people should still rely on purified water.

Yep that’s a good question. It was addressed in the pod. Initially local communities might have to demand it rather than wait for the EPA to draft new legislation.
