On September 11th 2013 hundreds of thousands of Catalonians joined hands to form a human chain 250 miles (400km) long, running from the border with neighbouring France to the region of Valencia in a call for Madrid to recognise Catalan independence.

I'm from the Balkans and I can't give any opinion on the movement from 2013. This should be debated between Calalans and Spanish people.
I was there and just documented the event. In one word - " neutral "
