Prof. Raoult sanctioned by the Medical Council for having "made statements exceeding the limits of freedom of expression" by criticizing widespread vaccination and lockdown measures, and for supporting the use of hydroxychloroquine to treat Covid-19. He has just been banned from practicing medicine for two years.
During his hearing, Didier Raoult did not mince his words. He stated that he found it "amusing" to see people he described as "mediocre" allowing themselves to judge him. Raoult also added that he no longer treats patients, no longer pays dues, and that he couldn’t care less about the Medical Council's decision. His goal now?
