India isn't there because there's not much to put offshore and those who have it are hiding it. You must ght ha e listened Modi winning the first term because he said that he would bring back all the black money back to India.
Then, that again erupted with Demonetization but nothing's back. There was news that some of the Indians might hold billions in Swiss banks but as you know Swiss banks won't reveal their names. Modi tried to get it back or not is another matter but where do his party's people hold money, they do offshore.
It's all crooked here. India has a lot of money offshore but almost 90% of it is undeclared. You can imagine the rest.
Yeah, wouldn't most of this offshore money, from most countries be undeclared? I wonder how they make a chart like this. I'd be interested in the origin of these numbers.
Does it really matter how much wealth they have if their economy is suffering?
