Gary Vee first mentioned Bitcoin publicly around 2014. During this time, he started discussing emerging technologies and trends, including cryptocurrency. While not an early adopter in the strictest sense (Bitcoin was created in 2009), Gary Vee recognized its potential and began talking about it in the context of long-term investments and disruptive technologies.
By 2015 and 2016, he became more vocal about the potential of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies, urging his audience to pay attention to Bitcoin and Ethereum, among other digital innovations. His interest grew alongside the rise of the NFT space, where he became deeply involved, especially with his own NFT project, VeeFriends.
How big of a π whale bag has he got?
So when @garyvee on SN?
Influencers prefer twitter-like platforms - heavy on personal branding and identity. It's why you don't see bitcoin influencers here either for the most part (at least not using their real identity). Forums don't make it easy to rent seek on clout.
He could be lurking in the shadows but haha π
Welcome aboard!
Thanks nym!
Howdy @User21000000 and welcome to SN
Just want to introduce you to the ~AGORA territory, a place to buy or sell your products and services with other stackers and obviously use bitcoin
P2Pas a medium of exchange.Read this intro guide whenever needed, and if you have any feedback or suggestion on how we can make this space more useful, please do get in touch!
Wish you great and prosperous times around this wonderful corner of the internet!
Stay humble, stack sats ;)
Is this like a Facebook buy and sell page but on sn?
yes correct, we're still figuring out a lot of things, so it does not work exactly the same. For now is just a space to promote products and services and get paid in sats :)
Is there much being sold on here yet? Or is it hard with the low amount of users and dispersed members around the world would make selling my car on here hard
Stackers are everywhere, and one never know. If you are willing to sell your car for sats it's maybe worth giving it a try. From our side, the best we can do is offering the space to safely trade with sats and promote the most interesting listings.
Yeah sounds pretty good I might see if I can find something to list on there
Digital products and remote services are easier as there's no shipping or IRL involvement. But yep, physical goods deserve to be priced and sold for sats too π
Definitely whatβs a post cost?
