Once, when I was child-free and carefree, I cycled all the way to Johor Bahru, Malaysia to an ostrich farm. The ostrich satay (grilled meat with peanut sauce) was delectable, but given that ostriches typically live in Africa, I was more interested in scoring a selfie with this magnificent beast.
I'm glad you have such a varied culinary taste. I haven't had the chance to try ostrich meat yet. I once ate duck and even iguana meat.
