I usually have the most vivid dreams when dry fasting. Very intense!!
I love vivid dreaming. All this talk is making want to start a fast.

On a related note, I find myself dreaming more often, and sometimes vividly, now that I've started going early to bed (10 - 10:30pm). I'm planning to start taking Magnesium daily, to see how it affects my sleep and dreams.

I have heard that is great for sleep. I have been going to bed super early lately. By 8 or so usually. And getting up before the sun rise. It feels like my dreams always come early In the am, after going back to sleep at like 2 or 3 am. Most of my life I went to sleep around 10 or 11. It's interesting that you see that as early.

The last year, I used to work until veeeery late on my side project, sometimes until 3 or 4am, then had to wake up at 7:30 to get my son ready for school, and start working.
I crashed by the end of the year, and got very ill. I've learned my lessons.

Yeah. That sounds rough. I am not a night person and I feel like I usually need 7 hours sleep minimum to feel good. It's interesting how many people seem to do well with less.

Believe me, nobody does.
I feel like a different person, like the real me now. Also, sleeping enough made me heal so much faster!!!

I think you might be right with that. Learning to sleep and rest more was a huge part in my healing journey. At one point, I felt like I had to sleep a ton for like 2 years straight to catch up.
