Yes, about an hour after I posted the message I saw the notice. It's possible I missed it, but I checked a few times originally. I am sure I got the payout originally. I'm not sure I got the notice. Is it possible the notice was missing? Of course I could have made a mistake.
Were the notices for your other territories at the bottom? That's the only reason I can think that some might show and others wouldn't.
I scrolled around looking for it. It could be me. I will let you know if it happens again.
