If it is faster, safer, direct and overall a better approach, I call it a wise decision. Now just let their customers understand that they don't need WU to do it and we are done.
So i think whats happening is that its a small business that does money transmitting. And they do Bitcoin / Crypto / WU
edit That being said, i just checked out WU's homepage and they really seem to be on top of things. They have not given up yet when it comes to international money transfers. That website gives crypto a run for its money at first glance.
Well, still can't find anywhere if they accept & process Bitcoin payments. Considering it's Lugano (IIRC about 200 businesses should accept Bitcoin here), the possibility is high but unconfirmed. Sorry if I got your hopes too high.

Suspect. The Bitcoin logo has a dark symbol and the others are light.
Try to locate the WU shop on googlemaps:
Via Pietro Peri 2, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland
You'll see the sticker is definitely on, the Bitcoin ATM too. What I still can't confirm is if WU does any transfers, etc.
It still could be only this location with a Bitcoin ATM.

Will try to find more info.
Confirmed, it's the same location https://i.ibb.co/MgXNG9D/Screenshot-20220915-123058.jpg
