I'm not sure about this test. I've never gotten ENTP(-A) before, although I am right in the center of I and E, which does feel about right.
The P description sounds like I've just stopped caring about my day job, which also sounds about right. I'm not sure that's the right way to gauge personality, though.

I've never really been an introvert, exactly, I just don't like most people. However, I really enjoy being around those I do like.
I think I am fairly similar in that regard. I have a preference to work alone rather than in groups but I like interacting with other people in my work. I am fairly extroverted when it comes to small groups of people I know and like but I tend to be more introverted in larger group settings where I don't know a lot of folks.

I wonder if this is merely a difference of comfort in leadership roles. I had my own business for over 15 years so whether I liked it or not I had to be confident I was charting the right course and making the right decisions. I actually think that is a learned skill even if it isn't natively part of your personality. I certainly would not have gotten the same result 20 years ago.
