I'm surprised to look at these rankings. Surprised for India because Indian medical and engineering talent is most sought after worldwide. Whereas US and UK have world's top universities.

It's okay India isn't there so isn't China. I'm happy.
Thats probably because most of the talent leave India or China for bigger opportunities abroad.
Not too surprised. Asian countries spend a lot on medical care because of the older population. And many of these places have universal health care, so they have funding actually going to making things better.
