As mentioned in this video, we also have civil asset forfeiture, which basically let's the cops take any cash they find if you get pulled over, and then you have to prove your own innocence to get it back.

You can still bring it over 10k, you just have to declare it, but the problem is, as soon as you declare it, they're going to try everything they can think of to justify stealing it from you lol.
