I guess we're all a bit gullible and easy to bowl over when we're 18 or so, and in retrospect I'm not gonna regret it too much, although of course it was all downright criminal.
Why did I join when they came to recruit me? Well one of the main drivers was that I thought my peers were cowards for finding all sorts of excuses not to...
Although I was an athlete and well trained it was still hard AF, with all the running around in the woods for a whole summer, with all of those weapons and gears.
But once we got into the technical aspects it was quite interesting and a bit of a challenge, learning how to communicate across miles, without any chance of being detected!
Things like that were interesting, but when they started talking about nukes & shit it got a bit too wild, so I quietly started sabotaging shit...
I guess all of this is now beyond the statutes of limitation, so I can probably tell you guys which gang it was?
Maybe sometimes I'll get around to writing the whole story of how I joined the criminal gang called NATO as a signals expert..
*Bitcoin better fix ALL of this!!!
That sounds like a interesting story. Are you sure you are safely out?
Pretty sure about that, but if they'd ever manage to drag me in again I'll know how to deal with that! ;-)
My understanding is that it isn't a conversation so much as a "you suddenly took a holiday you did not return from".
Haha, nah, one year was the standard deal...
What was interesting is what quite a good number of us were discussing towards the end!
We pretty much agreed that one of the officers was too stupid and dangerous to live through the first day if it got hot haha...
It is very good that you left the north atlantic terror organization.
This was a good story.
It was for a year only, fighting the Soviet Union gang haha!
If I wanted to stay for longer I don't think they'd let me hehe...
Had me for a while!
They had me for a while too!
But then I retreated in quiet, potentially dangerous ways hahaha
