Was it out of embarrassment that the country you fund to kiII is saving you?
Spot on
Hard to admit you have to rely on Rusian tech when you keep sayin Russian military is reportedly cannibalizing chips from dishwashers and refrigerators to fix their military hardware, because they have run out of semiconductors...

Im just pointing out the dissonance of media vs the actual use of russian tech in US spacecrafts or the fact US keeps buying uranium among other stuff from russia.. Bit ridiculous in my opinion..
As an example:
Which Russian rocket engines are in use within U.S. space launch programs? RD-180 • The RD-180 engine, manufactured by NPO Energomash of Russia and marketed in the U.S. by RD AMROSS (a joint venture between Pratt & Whitney and NPO Energomash), is used by United Launch Alliance (a joint venture of Lockheed Martin Corporation and The Boeing Company), as the first stage engine to power the Atlas V rocket. RD-181 • The RD-181 engine, manufactured by NPO Energomash, is used by Orbital Sciences Corporation to power its Antares rocket on resupply missions to the International Space Station.
