fascinating. What got me was the end, where - again - they're hypoing AI and building it up as a "threat" of sorts (and chance for the other side), making the production process automated. But then - "given that many of the messages sent by the top creators are actually written by support staff – and may already be powered by LLMs – some fans might even consider generative creators to be more authentic, not less." That support staff writes messages on bigger accounts - given, this is to be expected; there's management. That is of course 100% not what the subscribers would want, also granted, so it's hidden usually. That LLMs are helping - yeah maybe, but I'll repoeat my usual AI dooming: This. Is. Visible. All AI generation today is visible. It gets weird really fast. People should realize this in a heartbeat.
In light of that, that because of given "outsourcing", the AI might be "more authentic" - 🤯. Maybe the better way of looking at it is "given that there is sex involved, at least the AI isn't some guy in slacks pretending to be a hot girl". The AI is at least an authentic AI without a guy looking over it (also doubtful but well). But.. not willing to let that slide through as "authentic", though...
