I've actually made almost 250,000 sats posting on stacker news at this point, but I actually always thought the stacker in the name referred to it being news for people who stack sats (like independently of sn, like by doing work).
Anyway, I've cracked the code. First, post things that might be interpreted as fun facts or memes. Wait for @grayruby to tell you that you should have waited and commented on the appropriate bounty post. Then, review and make sure that your meme is the most funny/satirical or that your fun fact is the most ridiculous. Repost it as a comment on the bounty post. Wha-la, you get 10,000 sats. Then, go into the saloon and hope that you're the first one to find @BlokchainB's cashu of the day. That probably translates to about an eighth of what you might have made at work, (so don't get too sucked in) but it's way more interesting and you'll read plenty of real news in the process!
Seriously, I love the idea of making real money for my posts that take some more work to construct, but until the market decides that any of us are pro journalists...well...we're just not.
This is very negative and like all negative posts, I might respond but I won't zap the original post because I want my sats to go to someone who knows how to live and not to someone who is living to focus on Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt.

There is a 30% sybil fee now to root out spam. Used to be 10% but they are testing 30%. So if someone zaps you 20, you will get 14.
