How to solve the problem of scams in companies that accept Bitcoin ?

A company accepts payments in bitcoin but does not send you the product, under any excuse they could simply tell you that they will not send you anything and keep the sats, the problem that is seen is humanity scamming people, is there any way to solve this? If bitcoin becomes too desirable more people will be scamming their customers unless it becomes legal tender and has legal implications and the idea is to separate the banks and the state from the currency.

Doesnt that happen with dollar as well? I mean, its full of people sending fakes or miniatures over Ebay.. bitcoin or cuckbucks, you have to check the seller trust.. If its too good to be true, its probably a trap

The simple solution.

Don't buy but let them sell to you.

They should come up with something by which they gain our trust. Why to worry. Until you recieve the product, don't give the sats. That's all.

They send us here in India and we can pay on delivery. Amazon, Flipkart and all others do it.
