While I know she turned state's witness it does seem wild to me that she would be able to completely get out of prison time entirely. Now she will easily get a slap on the wrist and likely a permanent ban from the SEC for numerous business activities but getting nothing seems to be a step to far.

I would expect to see her serve at a place like Elizabeth Holmes is serving in Texas. There are a ton of similarities I feel between the two cases/women as Theranos was built on a house of lies while FTX was much of the same thing. Both were heads of parts of it so it makes the most sense to me. What do you think?
