pull down to refresh

I recently spent a week in a vacation resort. During my stay, I wanted to tip many people, such as taxi drivers, waitresses, room cleaners, etc. I figured if I add the tip in the official credit card payment it's likely that someone will steal the tip and these people will only get small portion of it, if anything. So I went with cash, but was horrified by the ATM fees, typically around $6 fixed fee plus 6%. I'm upset just writing about it! It would be great if I could send them few sats instead, but it didn't seem like the best idea to take time from the waitress by explaining Bitcoin, asking them to install wallet on their phone, etc.
Here is an idea: I would love to give away small paper cards, which could be redeemable with any standard Lightning wallet. It needs to have limit on how much, and ideally if they throw away the paper I don't loose any sats. I think this should be doable with LNURL, ie. using LNBits. Maybe print QR codes with various small amounts, and basic instructions on how to download some Lightning wallet, and maybe another QR code with link to further explanation of what Bitcoin is.
What do you think? Did anyone try this? Any thoughts on how to do it?
I've done the same thing with LNbits - LNURLw. https://twitter.com/HynekJina/status/1477706520506863623

Agreed about LNBits - LNURLw
You could probably cook up a service using lnurl-withdrawal https://github.com/fiatjaf/lnurl-rfc/blob/luds/03.md to do this.

I think lightning.gifts kinda does this

This is wonderful. Exactly what I was looking for!
I wish I could pre-print QR codes/papers and later fill in amount and thank you note.
Just tried this. You sent them sats and it generates QR link with instructions and redeemable LNURL code. Really cool!!!
