Wow! This is amazing.
The thing that strikes me is...people walking, no cars.
A car in this country is a luxury. And we're talking about a place with 40,000 inhabitants.
But to give you an idea, a car here costs 2 or 3 times the value of a 60 square meter (646 square foot) house.
