Yes, I realize that. But he was in and out of the court system, at maralargo, and the golf course. You would suppose it would have been easier during those times. And I remember there being a big fuss about secret service not being able to make his home very secure. They wanted him to move to another location.

That is what I was thinking. They botched giving out the right information from the first assassination attempt. The second one hasnt been that much better.
