A little math:
There are currently 85,000,000 Bitcoin UTXOs.
The maximum number of UTXOs that can fit in a block is 32256
Therefore, it would take ~18 days for all of these UTXOs to be spent just once, or added to a lightning channel.
For this reason, I don't like UTXOs that are smaller than 0.001 BTC. I don't want my outputs to be unspendable in the future.
