I know. The complaining and whining is so annoying when they werent given they same or better than their classmates. In asian culture, skin color is very important. They wont say it, but they will favor someone that is half because of their lighter skin.

You certainly paint a different picture of the Taiwanese than my mental representation. I have always thought that they are nice friendly humble - all the positive attributes

I worked at one of the more expensive buxiban schools. There were some good students, but the majority didnt actually want to be there. Getting homework was like pulling hens teeth. And one class I got, they had like 8 teachers before me. So they werent getting anything consistent.
