I would add GrapheneOS to the mobile OS list there. I've tried it and it works amazingly well.
It's a pleasure to use Android without Google.
Here I posted a list of some useful apps to install in grapheneOS. No need to use Google to have a great smartphone.
Very good article. I use many of the recommended alternatives. My path to privacy has been gradual, unfortunately, since laziness and convenience still often win out.
