What is that law?
Volker Turk, the UN’s human rights chief, said in a statement on Wednesday that those responsible for the deadly wave of explosions across Lebanon “must be held to account”.
“Simultaneous targeting of thousands of individuals, whether civilians or members of armed groups, without knowledge as to who was in possession of the targeted devices, their location and their surroundings at the time of the attack, violates international human rights law and, to the extent applicable, international humanitarian law,” he said.

Is shooting rockets at children's schools also in this law?

Do these laws only apply to Israel?

Who do they apply to? Give examples? Who governs 'International' law? Who says they are allowed to govern?

If Iran remotely detonated personal communication devices held by the US or British soldiers, living among civilians, there would be no hesitation in condemning the attacks as state terrorism.
If the victims were white Westerners, or if the attacks were carried out by Iran or Russia, they would have been described as “barbaric” or “callous”.

Ah so your bias is showing! Thats what I needed to see...There are no morals in war, war is hell. The only hope is that it all stops, but who stops first you see? No race, no color, no religion is innocent on this earth. The ones who suffer are the children, finger pointing gets no where, everyone is guilty!
However you still did not answer my questions. I figured you wouldn't.

IMO close study of the dynamics involved including Israels apparent control over the US via huge lobby power of Jewish banking interests, and study at the same time of Chinas significant backing of Iran who support Hezbollah is likely to provide a logical pathway toward understanding what the prime causes and drivers of this conflict are and thus how to diffuse them.
Yelling emotively about children dying and finger pointing is not likely to result in any rational and logical understanding of the powerful and lethal drivers causing this conflict and the ongoing death and destruction it delivers.
Deep rooted religious bigotry and generational clan tit for tat vengeance is also clearly a significant factor in the Israel Palestinian conflict. You have not answered any of my questions- unsurprising- as you appear to be an apologist for Israeli genocide and war crimes.
