You are new to SN... You could search for "LQWD & darthcoin" on SN and you will find out in the almost 20k posts I've done here... But I can do a TLDR for you: LQWD smells like gov sus to me. So this "partnership" with Alby it doesn't smell good.

The shadow system try to control everything, the liquidity on their sheet is 115+ they play friendly first, probably they will kyc the sht out of LN too and try to make some sort on channel ways to track your identity under the AML pretext, tracking all in and outs.

LQwD is a Lightning Service Provider in Alby Hub. There are several others in Alby Hub such as Olympus from Zeus, Megalith, LNServer, Flashsats etc. .
All of them provide the same service: They allow users to easily buy a channel with incoming liquidity and act as a routing node. It is a great improvement for self-custodial wallet users. But they are all completely optional to use.
