How to easily accept Bitcoin Lightning payments in Woocommerce via Coinos.io \ stacker news ~AGORA

I was really happy to see @coinoswallet and @adam_coinos_io team joining us here on SN and providing much useful info on their AMA #660776 few weeks ago.

Coinos is one of the solutions merchants should consider to easily implement Bitcoin and Lightning payments in their business. It provides a superduper easy-to-understand interface, simple-KYC-free signup, an integrated POS that also work as an interface to receive external payments from customers without the need to signup. Here in the AGORA we had recently the opportunity to test it out and more specifically, I've been surprised how easy it was to implement in our sites we have build using open source software, WordPress and Woocommerce to be more precise.

The plugin is not directly supported by the coinos team, however has been implemented in just a few steps, and it allows the bitcoin payments gateway to be live and functional really quickly.

A detail I forgot to mention is about the API Secret Key input field in the setting page. Not sure why the developer decided to add it, coinos does not provide it anyway, so you can just use a random generated one of your choice. Don't bother sending a request to coinos support from the link provided, again, you'll not get it via coinos team.

Another minor detail of this plugin is that you can check your coinos balance straight from the WP admin > BTC wallet ... too easy!
