Im finding it hard to stick to healthy eating habits amidst a busy schedule. What are some easy nutritious meals or snacks you prepare that don’t take much time? Any quick tips to stay on track with healthy eating?

The best tricks are mindset changes. Fasting is good for you, so it's often healthier to not eat than to eat a snack.
My general healthy eating advice is to focus on adding rather than subtracting. Whatever healthy foods you like the most, get more of those into your daily diet. That'll naturally crowd out the junk.
