US-focused (especially concerning #2). To me, #2 and especially #8 are the ones most media outlets ignore. National polls are pointless compared to state ones, since winning the popular vote is meaningless. And saying someone has a "lead" when they're two points up in a poll with a margin of error of four or five points is just innumeracy, and I see it popping up across the political spectrum.
