They are having trouble hiring. The CIA started a podcast last year too.
I've been seeing ads for submarine manufacturing jobs. The war machine is try to boot, but their propaganda isn't nearly as effective with young people and new media.
Interesting. I sure hope their propaganda isn't effective.
But I wonder if they're having trouble hiring because of the same reasons that the military is having trouble hiring - poor health with young people, and also just few young people (demographics).

I feel many young people just don’t care. A lot less stereotypical patriotism. And yes, many are just big balls of jelly.
If they're actually evil then they're not having trouble hiring, they have the money printer and can make up higher salaries with Cantillon impunity.
And propaganda doesn't create more able-bodies.
A podcast is for comms in this era of mil-civ fusion. Expect between-the-lines DECLAS.
