What do you mean sort by name? You mean have the names in alphabetical order?

Yes please, maybe keep "order joined" in a column to the left if you want to keep track of that (and then hide that column if it doesn't really matter)

I don't need to make note of the order joined. I just did it that way because that's how I noted it as people were joining and I didn't want to miss anyone.
