Craig Wright filed a copyright lawsuit against the person who runs Bitcoin.org in the UK. The person who runs bitcoin.org is anonymous and therefore could not defend themselves in the lawsuit.
That's old news. Cobra went a bit overboard and then reversed his decision.
So now, people living in the UK (without any knowledge of VPN or Tor) are NOT able to access the whitepaper, located on Bitcoin.org (bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf) - a single PDF file. Nothing more.
The file is accessible at hundreds of different locations like bitcoinwhitepaper.co or academia.edu/36534417/Bitcoin_white_paper, etc.
My point is, everyone in the UK is able to access the bitcoin.org/en/bitcoin-core/ page and download & run the Bitcoin Core software.
And even when they weren't able to access it at Bitcoin.org for a brief while, they were able to download it from other locations like bitcoincore.org, bitcoin github, etc.
Yet you can't run bitcoin core software there...
Better change that first
That's not correct. Do you have any source to back that claim?
