I am rediscovering lactofermentation, and I want to share with the rest of the world.
PS: I feel so much better since switching to a 100% plant based diet! Don't get me wrong, I do other things as well, like going early to bed, no more coffee, managing my stress levels etc, but I think the food plays a major role... I'll hopefully be able to reintroduce little bit of meat in a few months.
