You buy BTC with fiat money, WHO ARE THE OWNERS OF THE FIAT MONEY? Governments and associated financial entities. They print their money and buy BTC.

It is true that at this moment most of the BTC might not be in the hands of governments, but at any moment it could happen. So that would be a problem, if I have control of most of the BTC, then I determine how to use it.
