I just want everyone to know that I tried SHARING my stacker.news post on the /r/lightningnetwork subreddit and got perma banned from that subreddit.
Who runs this place? Given the crowd, I might get shot for this, like in the wild Wild West, but I think everyone should know that a site like this exists and all you need is like a Zeus app, with camera unlocked, to log in.
Where tf is everyone?
Really Reddit had never come out of jealousy. If anytime you try to post a link that's worth telling everyone they axe it. Those fucking admins must know that they might have temporary authority to ban someone from posting but they are all slaves there. SN is going to rule the world and when they also come here, we'll still give them a place but only if they know what Bitcoin is, if they don't they will stay poor and most importantly blind and deaf.
reply
Who runs this place? If you're asking about SN. So far it is we, the stackers.
I've never been to reddit. If that's what they do there, there's no chance I'm ever gonna be there. Also, I'd say that there's no need to tell about SN or Nostr on Reddit. I think we should just keep this place as it is for now and gradually all will have to come. There's no other way. The only way is through Bitcoin.
reply
Fu*k the reddit and be here and Nostr. Reddit had always been that way. People are slowly gathering here and you'll see in sometime when SN gets bigger than Reddit.

Reddit is an incredibly newb unfriendly place. I hate it (as a place to talk--but sometimes you can find good info on there.) I feel like every time I try to post something, even something super innocent, on a popular community, it immediately gets downvoted or deleted by a mod.
reply
Yupp! That's been the case with me there. I left after a few days I joined it. I went there after finding something valuable but then whenever I posted either it got downvoted or censored. Those mods are super biased!

You should try that with the rowdy Moderators of Bitcoin Talk and you will get the same treatment citing out of this world reasons to send you warnings and a lot of things. The public hates Bitcoin because MSM is making them think that it is an IPO and they are late in the game. Truth be told Bitcoin is not a piece of paper like shares of stock and Gold Bullion certificate. Right now they can buy 1 SAT at the cheapest price ever but with stocks the brokerage fee and double taxation will break the bank.

It is because it is a paradigm shift, we are so accustomed to the traditional system that what does not fit in it is wrong and we are wrong. It is a matter of time before we understand the need for Bitcoin, that will not happen overnight but it will come.

I believe people don't care about things unless you show them. Like a screenshot or actually show them how you can log in with 2FA no password. Like duh...?

I just like making the lightning bolt animation, ya know?...
reply
Like I can pay people to read what I'm saying, and then respond... It's crazy simple and addictive af
reply
In response to what you said, I think people are right, in what they know.. But have they seen SN? This is truly wild.
reply
Fuck reddit!

My posts over in R/Bitcoin also get removed / warned and comments get hate, like what?!
I've had a try again at Reddit over the last two weeks, and so far I've been insulted / attacked on pretty much every comment I made- and that's not exclusive to the BTC-subs.
Reddit is a place for those that simply aren't the brightest / most pleasant people around, and it's for the better that they stay there.

When you move around existing in your life, look around and ask yourself, how many of this people know what Bitcoin is?

The mods of /r/lightningnetwork ban SN posts? I find that wild considering SN actually uses the LN. What a bunch of clowns.
I have screen lock with an unknown passcode on so I can’t access Reddit or Xwitter for more than a minute a day. Don’t miss them at all and one minute gives me enough time to re-auth SN when it happens.

I don't know
