I dont doubt it. But what is happening is that the IRS is getting weaponized, they are hiring almost 90k new agents. These agents will most likely be hired based on their political preference, and they will investigate any people who are seen as enemies of the establishment -"Show me the man and i will show you the crime". Its soft fascism for lack of a better term. Most people wont care enough because they think it wont be them that gets targeted. But lets see.
