If it's still relevant, I've recently forked ZapThreads to add moderation and some other stuff.

Messages can be reported in this fork. Reports by thread owner or by NIP-72 community moderator hides corresponding messages for everyone.

Other users also can report messages and users. In this case corresponding messages disappear for them only.
