I’ve always been inspired by top performing athletes such as Kobe Bryant and Cristiano Ronaldo. Most successful people have grit and discipline. Hack at their craft daily and never give up.
For the month of August I set the goal of running and coding daily. I ended up running only 17/31 days because my tendons were feeling the stress of running many miles daily. I coded for at least 31 minutes and pushed code everyday in August. I ended up contributing to Get Alby’s Alby Hub project.
I hope to continue to work on myself and build daily for the rest of the year.

Do Zone 2 running. It is so slow, you won't injure yourself.

Good job and keep pushing! Routines are the compound interest of social and professional life.

You're absolutely right!
I've never been a "pure" coder, more like an early adopter and superadmin, trying to build on quality open code in projects towards customers.
Also the stress and conditions of the past few years has blocked me from even running, these days I'll crawl out of that hole as well as getting into some coding again...
So thanks for remind me of the natural connection here!
As of now I'm focusing on getting into a real flow producing content, next is to leverage some coding or even just implementation of existing solutions which can boost my content.
I'm aiming at building my own workdays from this, since I'm including even things like posting my own cat pictures and whatnot I can keep going 15-16 hours a day now, with no burn out or stress, I'm aiming for freedom and unstoppable income long term!
Also maybe I'll have to train my brain to make the switch between creative writing, videos and emerging social media for most of the day into getting some pure tech stuff done each day, I guess doing this gradually will work :-)
