i would not invest in El Salvador via the government rn. Its spending a ton of money on infrastructure, betting that tourism will increase going forward i dont think it will., Its also building pet vetenary hospitals, i mean wtf.
If El Salvador wanted to lower taxes and regulation significantly and cushion the blow until the resulting increased economic activity raises revenue, i might be interested. But not going to give El Salvador money to spend on prestige projects for lack of a better term.

El Salvador success will not be through any tricky bond, but through fucking EDUCATION of the people.
Personally I don't give a shit about Bitcoin City and promises like that.
I care more to see all small merchants accepting and using ONLY bitcoin as medium of exchange.

I was under the impression that the volcano bond was on the back burner until btc price turns around. Has anything changed, or is this just speculation about an event far in the future?
