Lobbying is legal in US as far as I know. But it's banned in India. However it's done behind the stage. Not only these forms are big but the middlemen are also very big in the US
Yupp! It's good it's banned here but corruption let's it enter as well. You think Serum Institute became the largest laboratory in the world for nothing! They have been lobbying forever.
