Wondering how the eating habits of the stackers are.

I usually eat twice a day to reduce calorie intake and to have a short fasting phase during the morning.
Eating only lunch and dinner (if possible not too late) works very good for me. Usually I don't have any fatigue phases during the day.

What about you guys?
