I have not experienced anything of that sort with Nostr. Although I must confess that I am using dozens of clients to see if my profile is consistent on all Nostr relays. I am also using IOS apps to see if the changes will be consistent. What I am saying is somewhat unrelated but Primal sometimes fails. Most of the time it is great.
