Child porn and porn in general really isn't a freedom of speech issue. A semi-analogous problem would be shouting the word "boner" at your grandma and getting offended if she said "Hey, don't be saying that around me!" You might be free to say such a thing to your grandma, but you'd better have a good reason and not just saying it to test whether or not she will allow you to get by with it.
