110%! His Chamber hasnt even voted in Committee on anything to do with Crypto due to the Admin and Elizabeth Warren/Sherrod Brown. Now he thinks he can suddenly do it with 39 days?!?! Fifteen of them are before the election so take those away because bigger fish are to fry like funding the government and does he think in the 9 days in November or the 20 in December?!?
