Can NOSR be a substitute for Telegram? \ stacker news ~nostr

I know there are so many uses or Apps working on top of NOSTR, but do you know any NOSTR app that works as Telegram?

As far as I know, NOSTR shouldn't be use for sending DM, just for sharing notes.

What will be the best option as a Telegram substitute?
