FYI @MerryOscar we are not getting promoted episode opportunities to earn sats after nostr integration.

Hi, I am getting promoted episodes back in fountain from today. Also, I was not getting sats for listening for the last two weeks and they are back too. Have not made changes to connections with nostr, though.

Haven't seen any promoted episodes yet but they did have sats earning sponsored by Coinbits yesterday.
