I've found AnythingLLM is good for agent local LLMs. e.g. RAG, Web Search, orchestration, etc.

There's even a solid tip in the video about picking a higher quantized model for better results.
pinokio.computer looks like a cool tool, but I haven't explored it much.
ComfyUI is great for image generation. I haven't yet learned enough to make my own workflows. But if you get it, add comfy ui manager.
